Big thanks to @ifa.fit for for getting me started on my fitness journey. Rider exercise is the equivalent of hacking our horses.
Cross train horses, cross train humans. If they have to stay fit, so do we. Check out these two SUPER SIMPLE exercises you can do on a hack, at home or the gym. My trainer Ifa @ifa.fit gave me these two exercises to strengthen my core and seat. 🙏🏾👇🏾
1. Side Lunge - Excellent for stretching the inner thighs and strengthening the legs so your trainer doesn’t have to say “more leg” lol
2. High Plank - Everyone’s favorite exercise 🙄 but the most important exercise to build core stability and strength. Not to mention it builds stronger, more toned arms 👀💪🏾

Let me know how your legs feel after 10 on each side for the lunges.
Try this with your horse and share how long can you hold a plank before they come and check on you!
