PINCH ME! Macmillan has supported me in the past, on several occasions in fact. Their helpline, their grants and their financial advice have all helped me navigate the many lows of this cancer life. I owe the charity a lot, so of course I jumped at the chance of getting involved in an incredible campaign. Hearing that I would get to meet George Alagiah and that the world-class photographer, Rankin @rankinarchive would be working with us on the shoot was mind-blowing. George is the perfect gentleman, and it was an honour and a privilege sharing my story with him, and he in turn talking so candidly about his own cancer experience. Could we also please check out the other amazing 🤩 people who were part of this initiative, and how cool are their photos!? @iamlaurenmahon @shellrowex @chloedixon.london @sususoyan @kadiffkirwan @sheridansmithster Of course, the campaign is in aid of a brilliant cause. Macmillan is on a mission to help as many cancer folk as much as possible. As I mentioned before, their support for me and my family has been invaluable. In light of the current economical climate, and the NHS cancer crisis, support is needed more than ever before for the 3 million British people living with cancer. How can you help? Simples. By signing up to host a Coffee Morning on Friday 30th September – or whenever suits you. Details for the pack can be found in Macmillan’s bio and in my stories. So gather your friends, family, work colleagues, and anyone else who fancies a cuppa and a chinwag for a great cause, and make a worthwhile date with Macmillan. Sign up - plan your event - have fun - donate! Hair & makeup by @beatrice_makeupartist 💫 #MacmillanCoffeeMorning #georgealagiah #rankinarchive #stage4needsmore #youmebigc #macmillan#ukcancercrisis
