Since I started CrossFit and made the decision to get as fit as possible.. I’ve been getting tested at Colorado University @cusmpc in their sports performance physiology lab. I feel the fittest I’ve ever been, now that I’ve been doing CrossFit a while.. but to see the results on paper 📝 and see that it’s not just a feeling and I’m actually way fitter makes me even hungrier 🥣🐺 than EVER! 📈🚀 We’re just getting started 💪😎👍 My new official zone-2 paces are scary 🙌
