16 years ago our first “little love” was born, Darren. He was my live-in baby doll and I didn’t mind being on “Darren duty” when my sister had school or work. When J and I started dating he was just 1.5 and we would take him (carseat and all) with us EVERYWHERE. It was a sight see. J’s Mohawk, my long black hair, and this little red headed boy. But we didn’t care. ✨ I’ll always see him as the little boy who wore footie pajamas and snuck into my room for snuggles. But these days it looks a little more like raiding my fridge and nerding out with J, playing D&D. ✨ Darren, your determination, talent, and kind heart make us so proud.
