Our favorite Sunday morning activity πŸŒΎπŸ’ Something I’m (Hailey) currently learning in my IIN program is the benefits of eating seasonally, so we focused our buying this week on cooling foods now that we’re entering the summer season 🌞 Tomatoes, micro greens, arugula, cucumbers... 🌱 Eating foods that are in season can create a more diverse microbiome in our gut. Foods in season are also abundant in nutrients, have fewer chemicals, and support our environment & community.
