different gym, different moves
I usually follow a pretty similar split from week to week, maintaining compound exercises with varying isolateral exercises so that I’m working my WHOLE body. It’s important to work your legs individually to improve single leg strength, mind - muscle connection, and any imbalances you may have. This week instead of my usual squats + acceIeration work, I used the good ol’ landmine and some box jumps.
