đ Fall is the perfect time to enjoy apples! This Easy Baked Apple recipe is so simple to make and a delicious fall treat.â

Ingredients:â
4 red or green applesâ
1/2 cup rolled oatsâ
1/3 cup coconut sugarâ
1/2 teaspoon cinnamonâ
1/2 teaspoon ground clovesâ
1 tablespoon vegan butterâ
1/4 cup hot waterâ
â Optional: top with ice-cream!
Directions:â
Use a sharp paring knife to carefully remove the top of the apple core. Then use a spoon to scoop out the remaining apple core, be careful not to break through the bottom of the apple. Add the spices, oats and sugar to a small bowl and stir together. Place the apple into a baking dish and fill with the oat mix. Top each apple with a small scoop of vegan butter and fill the dish with the 1â4 cup of hot water. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about one hour, until apples are soft to the touch, enjoy!â
