🍎 Fall is the perfect time to enjoy apples! This Easy Baked Apple recipe is so simple to make and a delicious fall treat.⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 4 red or green apples⁠ 1/2 cup rolled oats⁠ 1/3 cup coconut sugar⁠ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon⁠ 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves⁠ 1 tablespoon vegan butter⁠ 1/4 cup hot water⁠ ⁠Optional: top with ice-cream! Directions:⁠ Use a sharp paring knife to carefully remove the top of the apple core. Then use a spoon to scoop out the remaining apple core, be careful not to break through the bottom of the apple. Add the spices, oats and sugar to a small bowl and stir together. Place the apple into a baking dish and fill with the oat mix. Top each apple with a small scoop of vegan butter and fill the dish with the 1⁄4 cup of hot water.
