Thanksgiving is hard to navigate for a lot of people, just like the majority of the holidays. You’re going to hear two different narratives from social media over the next few days.
Eat the food/ don’t eat the food
Run a 5K/ don’t run a 5K
Work out in the AM/ Relax
It’s just one day/It’s my favorite holiday
I am not here to tell you what to do because honestly, mothers don’t need to be told to “do this/do that”, they need support in the season that they are in. Whatever you choose for your Holiday that makes you feel good about yourself, I am here to support you.
If you want to eat intuitively, go for it. If you want to log your macros, go for it. If you want seconds, go for it. If you want to work out, go for it. If you want to snuggle on the couch with your kids, go for it.
