When asked “How are you?”, one of my husband’s uncles responds with fervent gusto, “I couldn’t be better if I wrote the rules!” Every single time, without fail, no matter what. What a way to see life, right? ⁣ ⁣ If you haven’t caught on by now, I’m a big believer in the power of our minds and practicing habits that keep mine healthy, positive, and growth-oriented.
