Here is the exact workout I did last week when I was in LA training at Goldโs gym in Venice. ๐บ๐ธ
Itโs predominately a glute focused workout and finished with some leg curls for hamstrings. Itโs a busy gym so I just did straight sets (no supersets).
โจRemember - you donโt need a million exercises or spend hours in the gym for a workout to be effective.โจ
WORKOUT:
A. Cable kickbacks 3x 12
B. RDL 3x 10
C. Back extension 3x 12 paused
D. Single leg press 3x 10
E. Lying leg curl 3x 15
