One of my favourite spots to watch the sunset in guelph (over by the west end of campus) and a spot I frequented during the earlier lockdown days to unwind after work. I always wanted to somehow turn this view into a nice frame...but great views don't always translate into great photos that we envision. It briefly rained one day after work and just as I was about to leave the sun shined through a gap along the horizon and just completely lit up the sky. Thankfully I had my telephoto lens on me to put emphasis on the basilica. Another example of how consistency pays off sometimes. Luck helps too 💁 Happy last day of summer!
