💙BREAKTHROUGH T1D WALK 2025💙 Almost 19 years with this Disease and everyday is new challenge. I’m so grateful for the support system that I have gained over these years. You all have given me the confidence and guidance to live out my dream. 5 year old Lexie would be in absolute awe of how far we have come! My first NYC diabetes walk is in the books and I can’t wait to do so many more💙
