I love being active with my family! We went on the Peter Skene Ogden Trail and it was uphill bike ride for 6 miles...seriously it was HARD! (We originally thought that we were doing an easy trail, but I got confused and we ended up doing this super hard trail) It was hard not getting mad at myself and feeling like a failure. The reality is that I was doing my best and that I had made a mistake. We all make mistakes and I am still enough!
