5 simple tips for hormone balance 🌞🍯🍊☕️💛 1) morning sun exposure to reset your circadian rhythm and boost happy hormones. I usually go on a quick morning walk around the block or eat my breakfast outside 2) protein focused breakfast to balance your blood sugar which is the foundation of hormone health! I love greek yogurt bowls, protein smoothies, or eggs + avo toast 3) prioritize connection! I try and see my friends for walks, swims, or dinner after work most days. So important for our nervous system 4) sneak in seeds like pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and flaxseeda. They have properties that can support hormone health and are rich and fiber. I put them on yogurt, bowls, oatmeal, bowls, or as smoothie toppings 5) walk more!! Getting outside and moving is amazing for our nervous system & supporting cortisol.
