This is your reminder to romanticize simple moments in life. We live in a fast moving world that sometimes we forget to live in the moment and are constantly worrying about what’s next! It doesn’t need to be aesthetically pretty but it has to make you happy. For me that usually looks like enjoying a cup of coffee or simply playing with my baby. So I challenge you to take 5 mins of your busy day and do something that makes you happy! Also don’t ever compare to what you see on social media as that only shows the positive and a small percentage of our real day to day life.
