2️⃣ Find a quiet area of the gym that you feel comfortable in to start off... get familiar with your surroundings and then work up to other areas of the gym!
3️⃣ Go with a friend - having a training buddy will not only give you a bit of comfort knowing you're not alone and can also keep you accountable.
4️⃣ Work with a coach who can analyse your form and technique to help boost your confidence and keep you safe.
5️⃣ Wear something you feel amazing in! 💁♀️
6️⃣ Focus on you - don’t worry about what anyone else is doing... you’re there for YOU & to achieve your goals so just focus on that!
7️⃣ Remember that we all start somewhere. 👏
