You all know my obsession with rice paper rolls...so here you go! They are so simple to make! Ingredients: Rice Paper Chicken breast (could also use tuna, tofu, beef mince, prawns etc) I added light mayo to the chicken. Avocado Sweet chilli sauce Your choice of salads - some of my favourites: Shredded lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, carrot, capsicum. 1. Chop up your chosen ingredients into fine slices. 2. Soak your rice paper in warm / hot water as per instructions on packet (around 15 seconds) rotating with your hands in water. 3. Place softened paper on plate and then add ingredients. Place ingredients in the bottom section of the rice paper. 4. Fold rice paper roll up from the bottom, tuck in the sides and continue rolling them. ENJOY! πŸ’• p.s. TAG ME if you make these!
