We couldn’t think of a better way to ring in the Autumn Equinox than a Community Table dinner with @chefcathy and her incredible team. The evening celebrated the seasonal nourishment of our bioregion, from the first apples of fall in the apple cardamom bundt cake to the farm-fresh basil found on Jack Ford’s charcuterie "grazing table".
In true regenerative fashion, Chef Cathy put intention in every facet of the evening. From sourcing the most ethically-raised meats to partnering with @mindfulwine.co to pair local, sustainable libations with each dish to sharing her passion for the art of cooking, guests revelled in Chef Cathy's truly unique culinary vision.
