During the 2000’s I was kind of “the body paint queen” my aim was to find ways to do even very complicated body painting in less than 5 hours. I tried to find tools to speed everything up from using tracing wheels and rough linen to get the stitching and denim texture on the jeans for @vichylaboratoires to making VERY intricate stencils for the @piaget Ad back tattoo wings. For the @sony ad It took me a while to understand what the art director meant by his brief for “ghost clothes that are barely visible” to go with the new MINI MP3’s once I got it- we did 2 or 3 models a day. I worked with my wonderful assistant, now a successful MUA in her own right @celinenonon for most of the ads during these years- many stories and laughs!!! On the subject of working with major brands etc....Can I ask you all about this verification malarkey? I thought I would try going for a ✔️I was turned down on both this account and @face_lace and there is no one to ask why ....so if it isn’t enough to have worked with top magazines, celebrities and major brands what are they looking for?
