One of my favorite little upgrades to add to any beverage is @gardenoflife Organic Chia Seeds – when you let them sit in liquid for 10 minutes, the texture makes for a fun twist (chia seed drinks are super common in Asia and I love them!) and it adds 5g of fiber, 2g omega-2, and 2g of protein per serving (1 tbsp). RECIPE Makes 1 drink 2 medium-size ripe strawberries 2 leaves of basil Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp @gardenoflife Chia Seeds 1 tbsp honey 10oz sparkling water Ice Using a muddler (or a wooden spoon, if you don’t have one), muddle strawberries and basil together until well-combined and no big chunks remain. Add honey, lemon juice, and sparkling water, and chia seeds, and stir until well combined. Let drink sit for 10 minutes until chia seeds hydrate, and then give it one more stir to break up any clumps, add some ice, and enjoy!
