If you’re Type A, a Taurus, The First Born, the person in the group project that does all the work... it becomes a habit to think you can do it all yourself. & although you have the ability to do it all... it becomes exhausting. Even the strongest person needs help. & that’s ok. If this is you, this is your sign to let go and accept help from others. Whether that’s from your spouse, family, friends, a therapist or all of the above. I’ve been learning to lean on “all of the above” and it truly is necessary. It makes me appreciate the people I have in my circle. Especially my husband. A true PARTNER. Someone who helps and encourages me in my career & physically helps me raise our two boys.
