My editor just sent this to me and if it were Victorian times I would have collapsed dramatically across a chaise longue while fanning my face, but it’s not so I didn’t. Thank you SO MUCH to all of you who got and read the book over Christmas, the owners of the little readers who have sent on messages that they had laughed and cried, that has been really lovely 💕. When you are sitting at your desk doing the thing, staring at the wall not knowing what the thing will end up being or if it even will at all!! It’s just lovely I guess to have a squinchy moment of this. I’m really grateful to the readers for the support; thank you! And thanks for listening to me yammer on about it a bit (quite a bit) & for making it all the more special to me 💕 Shall also now add “Loves making children cry” to my CV.
