3 Things That We Learned on Our Washington Road Trip! 🚙 ('Save' this post for planning later!) [ad] 🦟 WEAR MOSQUITO REPELLING CLOTHING - we were wearing our @llbean No Fly Zone shirts and pants almost the whole trip because the mosquitos around the lakes were crazy! 👚 LAYERS - we changed from our @llbean Wind Breaker, to our puffy, to our No Fly Zone sun shirt multiple times each day because the weather would change so rapidly! We love how easy and lightweight it is to bring all these layers in our day pack and transition between them ☀️ SUN PROTECTION - the UV rating in the mountains of WA is no joke! On top of putting on tons of sunscreen every 2 hours, we opted to wear our long sleeve hooded sun shirt from @llbean to protect us from getting sunburned! We love how breathable it is especially because in WA there is no easy hike! Most of the hikes we did there were 7-9 miles or more, so we recommend wearing a breathable sun shirt for any hike!
