What are artists without our community? The beautiful people who reflect our identity back to us and reveal what we have such a hard time seeing. Food has the ability to connect us in ways that words cannot describe. We gather around the table to share more than just a meal. We share emotion, sensation and presence. It is a vulnerable moment in which we joyfully rest and nourish our body and mind. Food is the vessel I choose to build my community. It is how I express my authentic self in the present moment. I am grateful for all the beautiful friends that showed up to one of the most important moments of my culinary career. I am blessed to be in community with talented people that have so much to offer this world. The artists, chefs and visionaries.
