Baby see, baby do... Celebrating the holidays means I get to play with this little nugget😄 I hadn't spent much time around babies until my nephew was born and it's been interesting to watch him learn things before even being able to speak. It makes me think, what kind of parent do I want to be? What kind of example would I set knowing how malleable a baby's mind is? 90% of parenting is lazy. Feeding your kid processed junk foods because of convenience (creating childhood addictions), using television as a distraction, bathing products full of chemicals, and worst of all, being a poor example of health, happiness, and success. Most people get out of shape and start eating like sh*t when they have kids. Yet that's when you should do everything to get IN shape to show your kid at a young age what being healthy truly means. I know this is easy for me to say considering I have no kids. However, if you're reading this and feel triggered, that's because deep down you know you should be doing better for your kids and for yourself. Remember, good health is the most important thing - for yourself and for your family.
