KAS GLUTE BRIDGE IN LYING LEG CURL MACHINE πŸ”₯ Set up for the busy gal! Tag a friend πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I had to be speedy in the gym today! There was no glute drive machine which I love for time efficiency so I improvised and used the lying leg curl to train hip extension. Lol I won’t lie, getting in and getting out of this set up isn’t so graceful...but it does the job πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ€£ The machine takes out the balance factor for you so it makes the lift a little easier so you will be able to lift pretty decent weight. I also prefer doing KAS Glute bridge over trying to do full range hip thrusts, as the ROM on the machine isn’t great.
