Tenant Collaboration.... Design District’s ethos is to foster creativity and collaboration amongst our community of tenants from across the creative industries. Just over a year on and we are already seeing our tenants collaborate on various projects together. The latest is ‘Moral Fibres’ a collaboration between two tenants @Lovewelcomes and @migrateart and artists Chloe Early (@chloeearly) Lakwena Maciver (@lakwena) Sara Shamma (@sara.shamma.artist) and Camille Walala (@camillewalala) Each artist has designed a limited edition crepe de chine silk scarf, handmade by the amazing team of refugee women at Love Welcomes. With each scarf purchase, you’re supporting a refugee and her family as they begin to rebuild lives shattered by war, one stitch at a time. The launch will take place this Wednesday 16th November in the ground floor of Building C1 between 6 – 9pm with drinks and nibbles and the opportunity to purchase the limited edition scarves.
