🌻 From a bustling NYC kitchen to a flower farm, Shanice Fleming followed her dreams (and buzzing bees) to build a community in the flower industry. After a serendipitous moment working in a flower garden surrounded by thousands of bees, she knew her calling was among the blossoms. Queenz Cut Flower Farm was born to fuel her passion for fresh flowers and also expand Black representation in the flower industry. Her mentor set up a GoFundMe on her behalf to help raise initial funding for her business.
