A very popular crop in the Caribbean islands 🏝 this root vegetable is loaded with vitamins A, C, and B 💪 It’s also rich in fiber and has a lower glycemic index than potatoes. Yuca power! 💥 So crispy and savory! Perfect as a side dish, appetizer or snack.
