Went from 1 leg day to 3 leg days a week! Swipe to see the different exercises that have helped me see insane results and benefits from doing so. Main Workouts include: •Heavy Leg Press working sets of 765lbs for sets of 8-10. •Sled Push and Pulls working on knee and ligament strength and support motivated from @kneesovertoesguy •Explosive Heavy Squats working on exploding out of the pocket as fast as I can while maintaining good form. • 1.5 squats : Time under tension and amazing finisher exercise. This one definitely improves mental toughness based on the fact that they f**king make you hate life. •Sprints 30-45 seconds on and 1 minute off until I reach 1 mile. Paired with 1-2 miles speed walking- I try to end with these at least once a week and at most 3x a week. Legs have been tough for me since tearing my meniscus and reoccurring nagging injuries from college, which is why I’ve incorporated exercises from @kneesovertoesguy and I’ve had much more energy throughout my days/week from hitting legs. Also by implementing different forms of exercises and putting more focus on my legs, I have had zero pain in my knees. Give these exercises a try your next leg day 🙌🏻
