Here’s a round up of a few cocktails I’ve made recently. Inspired by the drinks I’ve had at restaurants and the food my fiancé makes (I like to pair a cocktail with his home cooked meals). Cheers! During my initial attempt at the jasmine tea whiskey sour, I infused the jasmine tea with whiskey and it turned out pretty astringent. The jasmine syrup was better but I need to work on making the jasmine tea flavor stronger! It’s a work in progress. I tried this with gin as well, and the Jasmine flavor complimented the florals in the gin ☺️ I also received tips on milk or fat washing the tea infused whiskey, I’ll try that next!
