Chinese Lasagna I got asked on live radio what is a dish a complete beginner should cook. I gave a different answer on air, but then I remember seeing @Karen cook this steamed chinese lasagna & felt it is the most appropriate dish. It’s just mixing, layering & steaming with no worry about over cooking. Ingredients Pork Mince 250g Prawn 150g Shallot 3 pcs Garlic 2 pcs Spring onion 1 sprig Coriander 1 sprig Soy Sauce 1 tbs Fish sauce 1/2 tsp Sesame oil 1 tbs Chinese wine 1 tbs Salt 1 pinch ( to taste) Corn starch/ potato starch / tapioca starch 1 tbs Wonton skins Plucked Napa cabbage 1. Chop prawns & aromas, mix all ingredients together and set aside 2. Layer ingredients with mince, wonton skins & cabbage repeat until you run out of meat filling 3. Steam for 30 minutes or until fully cooked & optionally garish with chilli oil, more spring onions & coriander. #lasagna #wonton #easyrecipe
