Day of eating 🥑🍉🍦🍩while on holiday 🇺🇸📍 I’m away for 3 weeks and every meal we buy out so while I’m not restrictive, I am still mindful of my choices. I love eating foods that nourish my body & make me feel good so it’s not all junk. I don’t feel the need to binge or go over board because if I am craving something I’ll have it. That’s been a game changer over the years for me. I have built so many healthy habits into my lifestyle over the years that even though I’m away and out of home routine, it’s still second nature to me to eat enough protein, get in fruits/veggies, drink water etc! 👏🏼 ✨Breakfast: I have either an omelette with loads of veggies & toast or I also love Starbucks Turkey bacon egg muffins! ✨Lunch: I usually order a salad with a protein source like chicken or fish. I get dressings on the side so I can portion out what I want. ✨Dinner: We like going to steakhouses, Japanese or Mexican! This meal is definitely the one of the day I indulge a little more. We love our foodie adventures & trying new places for dinner! ✨Snacks: fruit, protein bars, chips 🙊 I know you love seeing my food adventures so I hope you liked this post.
