Me two weeks ago: *searches “FITNESS EVENTS IN TORONTO” on Eventbrite”..... and somehow ends up at @city_shred 🥵🔥⠀ ⠀ It sounds funny but this wild search into the web pushed me to attend yet another event alone, make new friends, test my physical limits in the heat, complete 60 burpees, non-stop in 5 mins (107 overall in 10 mins), try a cold plunge, and take the subway by myself for the first time. Safe to say your girl ~shredded~ some fears this weekend hehe 😉 ⠀ ⠀ MORE TO COME!
