CLOSING & OPENING DOORS Thank you... for all the birthday love you wonderful people! I’ve had a fabulous few days. Birthdays are special, and getting older is a privilege. We should all take the opportunity to celebrate us. In saying that, it’s so far been a year of heightened and mixed emotions, and I admit that at times I’ve felt buried, and I’ve had to dig deep to get out of the ruts. Despite everything, and without sounding too cliché, I’m still thankful for all the good things in my life. I’m particularly focused on these right now... My first grandchild. Our granddaughter will be making her appearance in the next few weeks, or days, even. Becoming a Nanny is something I once believed impossible, yet here we are. The anticipation and excitement is tangible. Early next week, myself and my sisters are taking our Dad back to his hometown in Italy. It’s going to be a very special and emotional trip for all of us, especially when he sees his only remaining sibling again 🥹 But what are the chances of the baby arriving whilst we’re away? 🤨😂 Eek!
