About last night ... got last minute tickets for the @southasianbarny annual leadership awards gala and had the BEST time wearing this gorgeous dress from @aylanoornewyork There are so many things about Pakistani fashion that I used to hate growing up - from jhumkay and kundan to anarkalis and jhoomers. As I’ve grown up, I’ve fallen in love with all the above and realized my mom was right about what was “in” when I was growing up. So grateful to have opportunities to wear beautiful Pakistani outfits like this one. I still can’t get over how vibrant and beautiful the color of this is! ✨
