I get the hype with fat washing liquor now. I always thought it was daunting + time consuming to do, but it was relatively easy and SO worth it. My mind was blown when I had my first sip and tasted the caramel nutty notes in the back. Please send me your favorite recipes & fat washing combos, I’m definitely going to try more!
