How lucky am I to have experienced such an incredible team—coworkers who truly became my family. I worked in a place where I felt excited to learn and loved for being myself. The work we did was meaningful, but the way we worked together made it unforgettable. Becoming a nurse was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Pursuing CRNA school has always been a dream, and this year that dream finally came true. But with it came the daunting day of leaving the job I called home. It wasn’t easy, and there were so many tears shed, but I’m grateful I got to experience a team like this—one I’ll carry with me forever.
