Happy New Year, everyone! ✨ I hope you all feel strong and happy for the year ahead 💛 Thank you for your friendship for another year - and for being an incredible community - such amazing advice, support and motivation. It really does mean the world to me to know there are so many people wanting each other to do well. So thank you, with all my heart. It’s been so lovely to get to know so many of you over the past year and I never take your kindness for granted. 🌿 I post loads on my Stories and a while ago I said I felt lucky to live where I do - and one of you said - that’s not luck - you have worked so hard to build a life and a home for you and your daughter - I felt so proud of myself and I’m always so grateful for every single one of your messages. 🌿 This is definitely a year to be kind to ourselves and to those around us. Lower the pressure, realise that failing is learning, build up resilience, understand your worth and don’t let anyone undervalue you. Be proud of yourselves. You are deserving of the experiences that help you grow and you are capable of dreaming big and succeeding. 🌿 My aim is always to empower change, support our health and wellbeing and give you all options so that you can find what works for you - a lot with the interconnectedness and belonging in nature - so stay tuned for more. 🌿 Those of you doing Dry January - keep going and do your best - I gave up drinking almost 6 years ago and have never looked back - one of my friends said it’s like a superpower and I totally agree. 🌿 These awe-inspiring pics and videos were taken right at the start of last year - exactly one whole year ago - it’s so important to reflect on personal progress. As well as challenging myself to get into 6 degree water there was also the incredible Snowdonia - we feel very small in nature and it helps us to understand that life is transient, and that we need to give ourselves more headspace where we can find clarity - this is what I will be doing more of this year.
