All diets work, but you have to stick to them. It’s the number one reason yo yo dieting happens. We aren’t taught how to come off a strict regiment that is designed to help you come off the refined sugar, carbohydrates, and highly palatable foods. Most of us do not need to stick to a strict regiment of eating and in fact it’s mentally unhealthy to do so. The key to any regimented diet is to learn about food, how food fuels your body, and find a sustainable way of eating for your health, your goals, your body. The idea is you stick to this optimal way of eating for yourself 80-90% of the time and allow for deviation because that is sustainable. Consistency over time yields LASTING results. The problem is finding your optimal way of eating will take time and work. Most want a quick fix. I teach you how to investigate your relationship with food, how food is used by your body, and you come up with your plan that works for YOU and YOUR lifestyle.
