Pablo Picasso goes Japan with QUALITY Magazine: ⁣In the middle of Japan's capital Tokyo is the home of the well-known brand YOKU MOKU, which is known for its popular pastry specialties. In addition to the baked goods business, the current chairman of the company Toshiyasu Fujinawa has now devoted himself to a completely different area that has nothing to do with biscuits or sweet foods: the fine arts. Fujinawa is not only the son of the company founder, but also a passionate art collector. Over the past 30 years, more than 500 ceramic works by the famous Spanish artist Pablo Picasso have found their way into his collection. So far it has been shown in various exhibition rooms, but recently the impressive works have a new, permanent home. In the future, Picasso's ceramic works are to be seen in the recently opened @yokumoku_museum as part of special exh⁣ibitions. ⁣🇯🇵⁣🎨⁣🏛️⠀ ⠀ In the 21st century, today's collection of the YOKU MOKU MUSEUM is one of the largest of Picasso ceramics. The new attraction can be admired near the YOKU MOKU flagship store in Tokyo's Aoyama district and is dedicated to both art and education.⠀ ⠀ ⁣ If you want, you can also browse the museum's library or try the hand-made sweets of the Café Vallauris. It was named after the French city where Picasso created numerous ceramic works. ⁣🍰⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Photo credits: ⁣© YOKU MOKU MUSEUM . . . . #qualitymagazine #quality #magazine #yokumokumuseum #yokumoku #tokyo #japan #nippon #asia #art #artist #artwork #artsy #museum #museumlover #exhibiton #pablopicasso #ceramic #ceramics #collection #pastry #sweet #café #aroundtheworld #travel #education #learn #new #artoftheday
