This one has a hint of autumn spice but it’s still refreshing with a peach and honey syrup. Summer Spice 1.5 oz Glyph 85H 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice 3/4 oz peach and honey syrup* 1 oz chai tea, chilled *Peach Honey Syrup 1⁄2 cup honey 1⁄2 cup water 2 peaches, pitted, peeled, and chopped Heat ingredients over medium heat and stir to dissolve honey. Simmer for 1-2 minutes then allow to steep for 10 minutes.
