Bake half a batch of chopped @bennettstreetdairy salted caramel & white choc cookie dough until slightly cooked. set aside. meanwhile, chop up 180g scotch finger biscuits, 100g red frog lollies, 250g marshmallows. melt approx 540g Cadbury milk chocolate in the microwave (using 30 second increments). stir in chopped ingredients then pour mixture into a pan (approx 20x30 cm) lined with baking paper. sprinkle with 100g caramilk baubles and 150g Darrellea Christmas balls and top with the half-baked cookie pieces. pop in the fridge for around 2 hours until firm (I put mine in the freezer to speed up the process a bit!) #christmas #rockyroad #christmasbaking #chocolate #easyrecipe #dessert
