20 Min GROUND BEEF BOWL recipe
I have started making this high protein recipe 2-3 nights a week, it is an extremely nutrient dense dinner made within 20 minutes. Grass fed Beef is the star of show here.. here's what you need
Ground beef
1 Large carrott, peeled
Zuchini, chopped
onion, chopped
minced garlic
coconut aminos
toasted sesame oil
tahini
toppings: avocado, pickled carrots or sauerkraut, green onion & cilantro garnish, sesame seeds
I use cauliflower rice when in a rush but white jasmine rice pairs perfectly with this meal
HOW TO:
- start by making the raw carrot salad. Peel a large carrot in a bowl and drizzle ACV, coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, raw honey. set aside and start ingredients on the stove top
- heat pan over medium heat and add zuchini, garlic, onion cook until softened (if i'm using frozen cauliflower rice I also add here)
- add in ground beef (I use @forceofnaturemeats ) salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder
- when ground beef is halfway through cooking add in some coconut aminos and green onion
- add your rice, carrot salad, and cooked ground beef to a bowl and top with avocado, pickled veggies, cilantro, sesame seeds and tahini sauce (tahini, tsp toasted sesame oil, coconut aminos, a little water )
