another day another chia seed pudding~ been eating this every single day and i love it so much! great source of fiber, protein and omega-3s (heart & brain health) woohoo this recipe’s consistency is my favorite so far! not too thick, not too watery recipe: 1. mix: • 1 can of unsweetened coconut milk • 1/4 water • 5 tbsp chia seeds • 2 tbsp greek yogurt • dash of vanilla extract • 1-2 tbsp honey 2. let it sit for 10 mins and then mix again to avoid the weird top layer 3. chill in fridge overnight and then enjoy~ #chiaseedpudding
