Note to self: your hands will be very purple when you make these blueberry bites, and maybe don’t wear your white teddy jacket when you do it... but the purple washes right off and they’re totally worth it! These little bites pack in a ton of nutrients that support glowing skin, a healthy microbiome, and balanced hormones. And once you taste them you’ll find yourself making them on repeat. Best part is that you can swap out the berries for other frozen berries like raspberries and strawberries if you want to. BLUEBERRY BITES Serves: 6 bites Prep time: 10 mins Ingredients: ✨ 1⁄2 cup rolled oats ✨ 1⁄2 cup frozen wild blueberries ✨ 1 scoop beeya ✨ 1⁄4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened) ✨ 1 Tbsp almond butter ✨ 1 Tbsp honey ✨ 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil Steps: 1️⃣ Put everything in a food processor and mix until it begins to come together as a clump of dough, first it will be crumbly and then it will start to come together. Avoid mixing so long that it becomes a paste, as it’s hard to roll then. 2️⃣ Roll the dough into 6 balls, your hands will be very purple, but it washes away, then roll the balls in some coconut flakes. 3️⃣ We think they store best in the freezer.
