I am so so sorry for this. My ridiculously immature sense of humor is actually my number 1 coping mechanism. This is in fact a serious topic that I personally hold very close to the vest. I myself have been seeing behavioral health off and on for 10 years. Living with depression and anxiety is not something one should struggle with alone or try to “power through”.
