My dear students, thank you for being my teachers. I’m learning so much from the teaching, it’s an endless journey. The more you teach the more you learn. Lately I found myself talking trough the postures more then demonstrating them. When your students are experienced, it’s nice to watch how they memorized asanas and listen to you. It allows them to go deeper into their practice. If they’re new in yoga, not demoing allows them to figure out the asanas and listen to their body more, do not push too much.
