Tonight from 7 PM Milano Re-Mapped Festival @pirelli_hangarbicocca opens with a program of Performance, Live, Screening and leafing through Pages and Posters curated by SPRINT. A special occasion to see the result of the two-days workshop ‘STUDIO CORALE PER MOVIMENTI SINGOLARI’ by artist/performer Muna Mussie @mussiemuna, who activated a tilting dialogue together with a group of creatures. All the singular expressive qualities of the group - that generously grappled with a dimension of elastic and lopsided chorality - meet the movement tradition of Monte Verità ‘summer school’ [Ascona, CH] that in the early 1900s laid the foundation for modern dance with the direction of Rudolf Laban, Mary Wigman and the contribution of interdisciplinary artists - such as Sophie Taeuber-Arp.
