26 was shedding a layer, out growing shoes that didn’t fit anymore yet returning to some old parts of myself that I haven’t seen in a while. 26 faced me with some of my most challenging hardships, but along with that came pivotal moments that led me to some of my favorite places. in those moves I let go of so many old emotions/beliefs that I’ve been carrying around for too long. The beautiful thing about the downfalls, is more often than not it changes your direction to right where you need to be. Lost myself, lost loved ones, moved into a new apartment, started a new job, got on more airplanes than ever, became an auntie, traveled across the world with 7 friends, and made more unforgettable memories with all the people I love. Each time I’m forced out of my comfort zone, I am reminded home is not just a place outside of yourself. thankful for all the ups and downs and excited to see what 27 holds <3
